Erik Twist: Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is more than setting goals—it is the disciplined act of aligning mission, culture, and resources. In this session, we’ll explore six pillars essential to every thriving classical Christian school: Theology & Mission, Academic Excellence, Spiritual Formation, Governance & Culture, Financial Stewardship, and Enrollment Strategy. Participants will learn how these pillars provide a coherent framework for disciplined strategic planning. Beyond the pillars themselves, participants will also examine the strategic planning process—how to move from vision to implementation through diagnostic clarity and disciplined execution. This session will help leaders discern priorities, build sustainable plans, and guard against the drift that undermines so many good schools.
